Are worthless. unless you count the tax credit. I am really excited that despite the fact that the 2007 Honda Civic we bought this year is more efficient than most hybrid cars, the people who bought the hybrid cars can get up to a $2,600 tax credit. Hybrid cars that get <30mpg?
