I would just reply with some smart remark about look at who you're talking to, but there is a long story behind this one.
Next time you eat steak, try cooking it without any salt.

It better not be on anyone I know! I'm sure this speaks to someone, it is too bad that it is impossible to read. It took me several minutes to figure it out. How sad someone is stuck with this forever.
